Ideal for a wide variety of materials, shapes and sizes, Vapor Blasting is a much less invasive process than conventional blasting methods. Also known as wet blasting or liquid honing, Vapor Blasting is the preferred choice for applications where a higher quality finish is specified.
Vapor Blasting is an ideal process to prepare new components for final paint finishing, as the surface of the material is never compromised by the high force impact of dry blasting. Neither is there any dust or invasion into the component itself.

At the end of the Vapor Blasting process the slurry created by the abrasion media is drained back into the filtration system and reused, making it a very effective and efficient process.
Vapor Blasting is also the preferred method when you have a surface you need to preserve. For this reason, it is ideal preparation for the remanufacturing of used engine and mechanical components, where exacting tolerances need to be maintained. The resulting de-greased surface helps promote a longer material life too.
